Black Rock Coffee - Gladstone

My mother is currently hospitalized in Oregon City after experiencing food poisoning from a caramel blonde sugar at a restaurant on Monday morning. The tainted coffee was given to her as a complimentary drink. There is no phone number provided to address the issue. My next step is to contact the health department. If you had coffee on Monday and are feeling ill, be cautious. I would give this establishment 0 stars if I could. My mother has heart problems and has been unable to take her medication for several days, so she is now under observation. I am deeply upset by this experience.

Service was terrible! The server had no personality and was the worst. I had to wait a long time to order. When I asked about franchise opportunities, she didn't know anything about it. I just wanted to leave. The coffee was good, but the staff can be incompetent!

The last few paintings I came by before work, I asked for milk in my coffee. I have to get another alternative milk in my drink. I know that because I am allergic to milk. I just wanted to thank you so much that you always made me sick! I will be sure not come back

Tried her Mexican mocha w/and extra shot espresso and it was so good. I wasn't in this BR location yet, but they had super fast service here and made a good quality coffee. I'll come back here when I'm in the opposite.

This restaurant has the friendliest employees in the Black Rock Chain. The staff here is amazing!
