Baskin-robbins - Gladstone

I took my daughter there for a birthday sunday and the lady who made the cakes was so sweet and kind to my daughter. There is a little area for kids to color and she conversed with my daughter and made her feel special. We will for sure be coming back!

I commend the staff for their fantastic customer service. They were packed, super busy with delivery orders and a long line of customers even with three people serving customers. I was immediately greeted with a friendly smile. As a customer walking into a busy establishment, I like to be acknowledged. As I waited they worked efficiently and quickly, and every customer walked away satisfied with their order, even myself, although they were out of a few flavors, understandable at the end of a very busy day. Thank you for your great customer service and for the delicious ice cream. Well worth the wait.

Just like any Baskin Robbins this one had ice cream and it was tasty!

Love LOVE LOVE LOVE their Watermellon Swirl Sorbet!!! Also I love the 'Icing on the cake ' ice cream as well!! The employees are always so nice and I 've barely ever had to wait in line at this location!! Thanks guys, you 're doing a great job!
