Mazazu Crepe is one of the vendors at the Aberdeen Food Court.<br/ <br/ In our opinion, the green tea parfait gets a bit too much: it is good but the brownie and red bean makes it too rich for us to finish it all.
Green Tea Shiatama Azuki Gelato Crepe <br/ Tasty Level: 8.5/10<br/ Price: $5.75<br/ Will I Come Again: Yess<br/ <br/ Everytime I come back to vancouver, I would always get a crepe from here. I love the different texture that you get from this crepe from the creaminess of the icecream to the chewiness of the mochi. It was super super good and I recommend trying out the strawberry cheesecake crepe too if you come and try out this place!! :
A quick review on Instagram of Mazazu Crepe posts shows that their soft-serve items are very popular. Most notably was their soft-serve parfaits which had a mouthwatering presentation. I ordered the matcha and strawberry parfaits $6.50 each) to try.
Aberdeen centre’s food court snakes around and allows over 20 different stands to have their own dedicated space. Lots of effort was put into decorating each stall. Each had its name in bold, a menu with photos, and some even a display of items served utilizing accurately portrayed plastic food. Not surprisingly, most of the writing used was Chinese characters, but the coloured photos and the glossy fake food helped to bridge the language gap. I will be covering all 20 of the foodcourt dining options across several posts.
