This is an outstanding spot for Taiwanese street food, featuring all the classic dishes. I can't help but drool just thinking about it! If you're a fan of authentic Taiwanese cuisine or want to give it a try, you definitely need to check out this eatery. The staff is incredibly welcoming and will make sure you're satisfied with delicious meals.

I am absolutely in love with this restaurant! The Taiwanese cuisine here is incredibly authentic, particularly the Beef Shank Noodle Soup and Soup Dumplings. The selection of Taiwanese Night Market dishes is fantastic, including Mega Near Dumplings, Popcorn Chicken, Stinky Tofu, and Beef Shank Roti. The customer service is excellent, and we can’t wait to come back and try more of their delicious menu items!

CHJ Bistro is an excellent choice for Taiwanese cuisine and a wonderful dinner destination in Steveston. I highly recommend trying the Wonton soup, Soup dumplings, Mega Meat Dumpling, and Gua Bao, among other dishes! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the ambiance was laid-back, and, naturally, the food was absolutely delicious!

Had dinner at CHJ bistro last night. The atmosphere is relaxed and warm. The service was great with kind and friendly staff. The beef shank is so tender and delicious. We had to try the stinky tofu which immediately took me back to the time I visited Taiwan. So delicious, can't wait to come back for more dumplings.

Favourite spot for taiwanese food. I really want to try everything on the menu.Also the boba pearls are really soft!! Love it.
