Contribuiți la feedbackThis is an award winning restaurant and for good reason. It’s a set dinner menu. Cost is $125 per person. The food is amazing and the view is too. The service is attentive and they don’t rush your meal. Ours lasted almost two hours. We had wine and the cost with tax was $362. So expect $300 and tip. if you’re doing wine or drinks with your meal. I have attached photos. We had the beef Tartar, green salad, sourdough bread (bread is an additional cost), crab bisque (comes with one scallop, but you can add more), beef tenderloin, raspberry pink tart, and goat cheesecake. Do try this place!
We are in town on vacation and we’re very excited to eat at this restaurant. It is beautifully perched at the top of a mountain. It has a beautiful gondola ride to the top with breathtaking views my girlfriend and I arrived a half hour early and were told we could get a drink at the bar. Our reservation was for 830. We were there at 7:50 we start until 820 until they can put us at the bar. The bar was not very busy and head to Bartender ‘s. We waited 15 minutes for our drinks, and we were originally given the wrong drinks. We were told our table is ready to follow our server. When we turned around they were gone, and the host had to find her to take us to our table it was a picturesque view and it was amazing, I’m not sure if they were short staffed but our server took a while to get over and once they did we order some wine and started to order our preset meal. The food was overall pretty good. My salmon was over cooked. My girlfriends bison was cooked perfectly, but was drowning in a mushroom sauce it’s not that big of a deal but at a type of restaurant like that and for the money we were spending, the waiter wasn’t even sure which meals we ordered and gave me the bison knife when I ordered the salmon the salmon came medium well instead of medium rare, but had good flavor with the sauce the server assistance were great. Our waters were always full and our table was always clear. We made the best of it but I definitely would expect more from the restaurant charging $125 per person and we were super excited to go to a restaurant with this many accolades and we left. Very disappointing. The views were amazing , the food was OK. Bartending was terrible. Good luck to people who go there in the future.
Took the tram up the mountain to enjoy the scenery and have some lunch. The scenery was fantastic, food and drinks were great! We had to be clever for parking down the bottom but it wasn't too bad. The people were very friendly.
Seven Glaciers Restaurant was outstanding, superb and the best fine dining experience in the state. From start to finish, from tram ride to being entertained by our servier (Kelly the best server out there), it was all amazing. The 4 course prix fix meal options were first class elegant, plated beautifully, and cooked to perfection. The wine and cocktail list were creative and lots of different options.
Nice cafeteria at the top of the Alyeska mountain. I really enjoyed the fresh, hot soup against the backdrop of magnificent hills and the town of Alyeska resort below, while the cable cars kept ascending and descending. The mist kept coming and going, ever changing the scene in every passing minute.
