Whataburger - Gilmer

I drove thru a Whataburger. It was close never had one. The burger was wrapped, so it would not drip on you in case you were traveling you could actually eat it in the car without falling apart, it was fresh. The bun was stable. It did not tear apart for some places they were soggy, the fries were hot crisp. Food: 4 Service: 4

Very pricey. The food is good. It's just too expensive. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My wife and I use to stop here all the time. The last couple of times the food order was wrong or it was cold. Today, 10-2-23, we stopped again and figured we would take a chance. Well the first thing was the Dr Pepper was just carbonated water with no syrup. So she sent that back and they brought out another with the same effect. So she settled for sweet tea. Then the food finally came and of course it was cold. So this is the last time. For the price that we are having to pay for this food, it should be fresh and hot. WTH is the deal with employees not caring anymore. It’s a shame. And I do hope the owners of the Whataburger in Gilmer actually see this review.

Would have been five stars if the French fries had been fresh. Y'all need to just throw away fries if they aren't fresh, I one wants old fries ever. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5
