Mary’s Authentic Mexican - Gilmer

Their carnitas, as well as everything else on the menu, are incredible! The staff is fantastic too—very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place!

Lack of flavor. The queso is soupy, and this has been my experience every time I try to give Mary's another chance.

Birria noodles! I can't emphasize this enough—Birria noodles!! ? The broth was amazing, full of rich flavors, spices, and freshness. The meat was so tender it practically melted in my mouth, and the noodles had the perfect texture. Let’s not overlook the street tacos! Mary's is generous with the meat, and you simply have to try the al pastor!! ? The homemade salsa and chips were a fantastic way to kick off our meal. I'm already counting down the days until I can go back! #GoogleGal

The steak Birria tacos are DELICIOUS!!! The hot sauce and chips are delicious as well! We also tried the queso and it was great too!

I eat here a lot the food is delicious and the staff is so nice !!!
