Music is horrible and too loud. drinks over priced and usually wrong .

Comparing to the Starbucks Baristas in WA state, the quite on the moody side and not very accommodating. On the difficult side.

Love it, and the only place to redeem my reward points.

Not sure his name, but he did a fantastic job with what I needed. They are very short staff, but still great and had a positive attitude.

KY3 wine was about 12 deep, but the staff was so friendly and seemed efficient to handle. Pricing is high as always, but you can not argue with delicious.
