Wyoming's Rib And Chophouse Gillette

We went to Wyoming Rib and Chop for dinner to celebrate a birthday in our group. Our server was amazing and did a great job, although our steaks arrived a bit undercooked. We had to have them warmed up to our liking, but other than that, the food was wonderful and the ambience was great. It was Halloween, so the staff and patrons were dressed up, making everything very festive. Thank you for a great experience.

Positives: Outstanding service. Always. Negatives: Food is hit and miss. Burgers and fries are always good; however, the carrot and squash sides need some help either salty or sweet and visually not very appetizing. Also, be careful about assuming which drinks/beers are included in happy hour or ask before assuming too much or else you'll get a small surprise on your bill.

She did a great job, the only cave I would mention, is that we had ordered our steaks medium and they arrived at them seldom or seldom, so we had to warm them up a bit so that they were medium that we both like and that was the only stumbling block of the evening. The food was wonderful, the ambience was great. Since it was Halloween, employees and moats were dressed and all made very festive. Thank you for a great experience.

I took my wife and daughter to dinner for Valentine’s Day and I’m so glad I chose this place. The service was excellent, the food was incredible. We got our picture taken at the table and they had it printed onto a keepsake card in a matter of minutes. It was one of the best evenings we have ever spent together as a family.
