It’s a defective beginning at the end. the very delicate amuse-bouche, original as this little cauliflower foam, the flavors that blend perfectly. Tasty and fresh for the Saint-Jacques and the scrub, special mention for this suffrated potato purée with chips of fries trappe. Adjusted bouquet: cheese tray on the plate. a star service, a thousand thanks for the reception.

Food was fantastic, good and innovative but not too much. service was very pro and pricing were very reasonable for a 1X Michelin. I will go back for sure.

From the phone reception to the one upon arrival, everything is done with seriousness, kindness and friendliness. As long as in the kitchen, it is succulent with for each dish of originality. And the most excellent value for money.

It is only one of the best values for high quality products, a chef whose sensitivity is felt in the plate, exceptional juices, a perfect service! What a wonderful place!
