We relied on the good comments of the opinions, but as the adage says, “the habit does not make the monk. » Welcomed by Sr.Surire who details you from the head to the feet, is a not very pleasant behavior; and, we were placed at the exit of the service dishes: which is not the most pleasant. We salute the antigaspi but from there to serve extremely hard dry bread spreads to peel the teeth to accompany a tasty basic beet spread: there is margin. In the entrance, the quinoa salad was too vinegarious. And serve another entrance to 12 euros on a dried plate: it does not practice at the restaurant. Concerning the main dish, too little vegetables accompaniment and not cooked enough. For dessert, a surprising yoghurt of acidity accompanied by half savarin with a very medium taste; perfect at the iced coffee with texture reminding the first sorbetes concocting ice cream with glitter. And the price per person ... worthy of a gourmet restaurant while it is far from being one. Ready to greet the server at the time of departure (it is necessary to be polite even if the meal is not high), it turns the head away. Certainly enough customers to forget the foundations of the property in restoration?
We cross this region once a year and appreciate the establishment. In spite of its situation in a commercial area, the chef offers tasteful dishes of an excellent quality price ratio. Kind and efficient service, one more when you take the road again.
