Emmeles Bistro - Gibsons

What a surprising place! Still small as it recovers from the pandemic, but you can get fresh produce, jams, pastries, coffee and lunch there, and there's an aquarium that I haven't visited yet.

Do yourself a favor and head to Emelle 's Market Bistro for brunch. On the same floor as the aquarium entrance. Fresh takes on brunch faves, including the lightest, fluffiest French toast (I don 't even like French toast normally but tasted some here and couldn 't stop sneaking more bites). Breakfast sandwich is loaded with goodness, and the 'side ' mac and cheese is velvety and enough to be considered a main.

Great market. Lots of things to explore more in the future. Stopped in on or cycling adventures today, for a glass of wine and a pint. Great service and the food looked amazing!

Enjoyed wandering around, wished the aquarium was open but maybe next time! The baker had tons of options the baguette, chicken curry pockets, and sausage rolls are good.

Great place! Had a chicken Caesar upstairs and sat outside with a bit of a view. Definitely going back
