Not conventional in the sense that there is not just a restaurant dedicated to the grill, but it is a menu of the annexed tapas bar. The meat cutters (speck d’anatra, langhirano potato, etc. and refined cheeses (blu stilton, aged goat, parmesan 36 months etc.) with three different honeys or jams narrated in the menu became a maxi cutter of sliced and conventional cheeses (see photo, the soncino ‘at the three mustards’ came seasoned only with salt, the potatoes were sour In the second attempt we did not feel to send it back yet, but the meat grilled to the blood is another thing (and surely it does not go precotta, as it seems has been done in this case... . Luckily they didn't make us pay at least the meats, barely tasted, but sorry to do this review because it is not enough to make a nice site and a nice menu, promises must be kept.
I've been to the Tape for dinner several times and I've always been well. I discovered by chance through TripAdvisor that I could choose to dine, always entering the same restaurant, at the unconventional Bisteccheria. The menu consists of a few dishes all exclusively of meat, of course. We took a mixed appetizer of cheese and salami and then ribs, angus fillet and another cut I didn't know. All very good, cooked perfectly and accompanied by potatoes and soncino to the three mustards. The staff is very kind and helpful, as always at the Tape, and the price I would say honest. We spent about 30 euros per head counting meat, appetizers and bottle of wine, water and coffee. Really great surprise!
I stayed last week at dinner with my fiancée, based on the reviews and photos here. the restaurant is nice, with a great kitchen on sight. I was surprised by the way the waitress explained to us the various types of meat and its cooking, really compliments! I took the tomahawk, cutting fantastic meat, soft, in short, a delight for the palate! the staff prepared on any type of information, both on meat and on the choice of wines . for desserts, nothing to say, excellent also those! I also took over the account, I thought I was spending much more, instead price in the norm, given the quality of the meat! I really do my compliments! I will definitely return! Good! PS: I noticed that for the covid situation, all mask-control regulations are respected with qrcode)
Congratulations! We stayed with friends last night and I have to say we had a nice evening with some fantastic meat! Highly recommended. Until yesterday we had been there only for the “unlimited” part and it was already a goodness... with meat, they really got over! A special thanks to Andrea for the preparation and attention to the customer. Everybody! Keep going. and they'll only be successful!
