Willie's Grill Icehouse - Georgetown

We always have a great experience at Willie's. Lacy is the best waitress ever. She is always friendly and takes great care of us.

What a great place! Some critics were negative, but our visit was only positive. You order from the counter with a wide selection of menu options. I ordered the Texas melt with onion rings (an additional 99 cents). It was the best patty melt I've had. A grilled patty with grilled onions and melted Monterey Jack cheese on Texas toast, the onion rings were freshly made, huge and delicious. We will definitely be returning!

This is a hidden gem in Georgetown! The food is amazing, especially the burgers! Service is spectacular. They are so busy, you can grab a drink while waiting in line!!! Big win for the city of Georgetown. Oooo and the sampler may be the biggest sampler I've ever had! A MUST go for anyone craving a nice chill night with great food.

This is my first time to eat here. the representative asked me if my order was here or going. I said it's gonna go, but this is my first time here. He said, okay, I'll be with you. when he returned, he asked what I want and how is my name for my order. I answered, I don't know what I want, this is my first time here. one because later, I asked, the wings are whole or they are wing pieces. he compared them with buffalo wild wings and said they were regular wings. I took that word for him. When I came home and opened the foam container, they were wings, not full wings. I love the fries because they still have to hang on them. I bite the BBQ chicken and it was good, but some pieces were rubbery. I bite myself to the honey garlic wing piece and it didn't have the taste of honey or garlic. he was nice enough to put ranch dressing with my order. I hate it, but I appreciate the kind gestures. that was not terrible and the customer service e was great. I would have to try other foods here before I can't buy more food.

The staff at the register was excellent. However, our order took nearly an hour to arrive, and when it did, it was incorrect. The manager, Kara, was very impolite and did not offer any apologies for the mistake with the order, instead stating that she was the only one cooking in the kitchen.
