City Post Chophouse - Georgetown

The food was delicious, expertly prepared with top-quality ingredients. If I could, I'd give the service six stars—everything was so smoothly courteous, efficient, and considerate. They've transformed an intriguing old building into a sophisticated yet comfortable fine dining space. I can't wait to return!

We had been eager to visit this highly recommended fine dining restaurant for quite a while, and it certainly lived up to our expectations! From the moment we walked in until the end of our meal, everything was exceptional. The service was fantastic, the atmosphere was both fun and elegant, and the food was absolutely delicious. We highly recommend it!

Had such a wonderful experience. Heidi was exceptional! What she did for our son’s random request was above and beyond. She was attentive and great. The food was great, the atmosphere was so great too! We can’t wait to go back!

Great atmosphere. Outstanding service. Most bland steak I've had in decades. No seasoning. Gray. No carmelizatuon. No grill mark. Almost looked boiled. No taste.Charcuterie board was on point.Everything about this place was nice. Just a highly disappointing steak for $60 plus upcharge for sides.Key lime pie was outstanding.

Wow! What a meal! Do not sleep on this place. The food was fantastic. We had the tomahawk pork chop, lobster Mac cheese and a half dozen oysters to start (and the apple pie). Chavon made this day date one to remember, she was absolutely incredible. It's been 3 years since we ate here originally and we had just as good if not a better experience than when City Post first opened!
