New Cathay Cafe - George Town

Kuay chap was good. Apom was average not crispy. Chee cheong fun was decent. Curry noodle was decent. Variety of food available.

Picked this by random coz it's near the Loh Guan Lye hospital, and opening hours are earlier than other breakfast places. Tried char kwetiaw and wan tan noodle,also tried Penang's apom manis. All is middle,not bad, but not so special, However,there's more stalls with various breakfast menus,will come back to taste later.

Food is great. Service is very fast. Only problem is the atmosphere. Not much of it is covered. Other than that, the cafe is busy during breakfast time and its quite hard to find a spot to eat.

Tasted the white curry, apom. Food tastes good. Curry has the right tang, not too spicy, not too sweet. Definitely one of the top places for white curry.

Best curry mee in Penang. Char Kuew Teow is also very good. The Ah Pong cart outside the shop is also very delicious.
