I ordered a seafood platter for one. It arrived in on a two tiered plate accompanied by a small bowl. So far looked good until I began the search for the promised seafood. The two tiered plate contained a mass of lettuce leaves concealing a distinct lack of seafood.Two small prawns on a bamboo skewer, a sliver of cooked salmon some calamari and a pinch of smoked salmon. The bowl housed a crab claw (no tools to crack it) and four mussels in a liquid of unknown origin. The price $38.

This place has gone off the boil for myself and my friends in recent times. The quality and waiting times have been sadly lacking.

Well we havent been hwrw for abour 4 years and now i know why. 6 people atour tqble and hour and 10 minutes from order to being served. Steak night and we all ordered the steaks. When asked how long were told soon. Steaks were ok. Not many chips on the plate and no apologies forthcoming.Will be another 4 years before we come again.

This is a good place for a good cheap meal, more pub type food, not a vast menu but good atmosphere and staff are always friendly and helpful.. After your meal you can go to the next room if you want to take your chances on the poker machines.. Children are not allowed in the gambling area.

Went twice in a week for family birthday dinners. It was fantastic, lovely atmosphere, great service and super food. We had steaks all round and it was the nicest steak I have had in Geelong for ages and ages at a cost of $16, lovely mushroom sauce too. Everyone loved their meals, perfect. The staff lit and bought out the birthday cake we took with plates and cutlery no charge. The staff are warm and friendly and efficient, not instrusive at all. Would go back in a heart beat.
