Kfc - Garner

I would like to give kudos to the KFC located in Garner, NC on Hwy 70. A little after 12pm today my husband and I decided to visit KFC to pick up lunch for our family. The customer service my husband and I were given was very welcoming. Travis greeted us as soon as we walked in. Our food was hot and fresh. All the workers were extremely polite and made sure our food was brought out in a timely manner. There needs to be more representatives to provide customer service and satisfaction as this location has displayed today.Thanks again,The Robinson's

I do admit that I love KFC but it was my first time in this location, I felt like the service was a little down. The counter worker felt like he didn't want to serve me, didn't ask what flavor of chicken I wanted nor sides, and I asked for the price for the new saucy nuggets, he didn't want to answer. When my order was ready, he sat it on the counter vigorously and looked at me like he wanted me to leave. That's not good for business.

WOW, I had a fantastic take out dinner at this location today, I ordered fried chicken, Cole slaw, macaroni, mashed potatoes with gravy, and biscuits, also tea, the employees did an AWESOME job, especially a young man named Preston, I highly recommend this Kentucky Fried chicken restaurant, if you stop in, please tell them, Eddie sent you, ha, ha, lol . ???

I got a 3pc dark meat meal yesterday night and my chicken was raw on the inside and soggy on the outside I didn't not appreciate.

The food was terrible, we got a family 20$ and I shouldn’t expect much with it only being 20 dollars but I wouldn’t even feed this to my dogs. The chicken was cold and burnt, we didn’t get biscuits we got nibbler bread!! Don’t recommend coming here at
