This location is AWFUL! They're extremely slow and very rude to their customers. They refused to give us our second sandwich when it was on the receipt !

Been here several times, theres some employees that arent worth a d@mn... others are ok.. food is ok if you get there right when it opens... otherwise no idea how long the chicken has been up smfh

Food is stale and cold very disappointing for a well known company, employees was rude and not professional in customers service.

This place is so awful! It’s always awful! They don’t inform the customers that their card machine is down. Also, it’s 2022, and you’re telling me you don’t have a working credit card machine?! Literally, one person was doing all the work while the rest of the team was just standing around. There’s no level of courtesy or anything to the customers. They can’t even get the order right if you order through the app. Literally hate this place.

The customer service is basically nonexistent. I type this as I stand at the fron register waiting for any of the multiple employees to acknowledge me. There is a lady behind me as well. I'm only inside because the drive thru line of 3 cars total was taking insanely long to move forward. I placed a mobile order and simply want to pick up my food. The chicken is pretty good but it isn't worth the shitshow inside the establishment.
