Pizza Hut - Garland

I placed my order around 10 PM on Saturday night and waited curbside in my parking spot. My food was prepared in a timely manner, which was great. I was pleased that it arrived hot and exactly as I had ordered. The wings were absolutely perfect—boneless and wonderfully crunchy! I will definitely be returning. Thanks, Pizza Hut, for another excellent Saturday night meal! I really enjoy this Pizza Hut location, and even though there's one closer to me, I prefer this one.

I ordered their hot wings, and they were excellent. However, the pizza was disappointing. Ever since they changed the sauce, it has an odd taste. They really messed it up. Pizza Hut used to have amazing pizzas, but that’s no longer the case. If it’s not broken, don’t fix it!

My husband ordered pizza for our family on 1/29/23. We got the pizza buried with a long blonde hair in the sauce... No one in my family has blond hair.. We called the location and talked to the Stirling and Tre managers. Talking with them was a complete waste of time because they basically blamed us for having a hair in our pizza. We demanded a refund through their location, but both refused to do this or even apologize. We have contacted their customer service support center and have not yet received any communication about this incident. It's been nine days. Spend your money elsewhere and recommend this company party opportunities with Stirling and Tre, as they have no idea how to take care of customers and not take care of their business.

Huge hair in our pizza! The store manager called and he refused to reimburse us because we already ate half of the pizza! Yes we ate the pizza and found the huge blonde hair as we eat!! Terrible food safety practices! Terrible customer service!

This pizza hat, for some reason cannot seem to get our order right! Pizzas that require light sauce have extra and pizzas that require regular sauce will be easy. Then they have very tight blows and we just don't even order drinks from there. The seller promised to make our missing drinks right on the next order by making us a free 2 liters... we have ordered twice, since and none of the answers said they saw in the computer that I should get a free 2 liter. I always give them the advantage of doubt, but we are disappointed every time.
