Kolaches Donuts - Garland

Stingy on the raspberry filling. Coffee wasn't hot. But, the young lady was nice.

Absolutely delightful donuts! The blueberry cake donut was incredibly flavorful, and I appreciate that they fill the donuts fresh upon order. Even though I’m not usually a big donut lover, this place has become my new favorite. The sausage rolls and kolaches were tasty as well, but the donuts truly exceeded my expectations. I apologize for not having a photo of everything— they vanished too quickly! The picture only shows a small kolache, but they do offer larger sizes. I’m not sure how they manage it, but even after sitting on the counter for hours, the donuts still tasted amazing. I’m thoroughly impressed and this has officially become my go-to donut destination. Someone mentioned that they found the filled donuts lacking in filling; I’ve seen them with more filling before, but I’ve never had a donut with such perfect texture.

The restaurant opens early, offers reasonable prices, and serves delicious donuts and kolaches.

I find $1 for a glazed donut, which is essentially just flour and sugar, to be too pricey. Similarly, $3 for a kolache feels excessive. There are simply too many donut shops, even on the same street, for me to continue visiting this one with such unreasonable prices.
