Kfc - Garland

Order is wrong, no people, no experience. Talking instead of making one's food. Horrible KFC to order if one is in a hurry or wants to enjoy a good meal. Employees didn't want to redo our order even though it is a policy to have it made if there's any mistakes. I deeply recommended any restaurant that is not this one. My food is cold and my money was thrown out. The whole restaurant should go out and be completely destroyed. Never coming back.

Love their chicken tenders. We got their tender chicken meal deal for 30.00. It was delicious we had a few chicken pieces left over for later in the week. The Chocolate Chip cake is very good as a dessert. Service was okay had ordered ahead, but still had to wait for all items to be completed we arrived later than out pickup time by 5 minutes. Found out today, you can't do a mobile order after 9pm. Even though they don't close until 10pm. They also close the lobby at 9pm. So you can only get orders from the drive thru. Posting their signage.

Always great chicken!!!! not so much on the biscuits usually stale hard could use as a HOCKEY PUCK

This is the worst kfc I've ever been to. They haven't gotten my order right once all the time I've gone. The food is old and the people there just don't care.

Someone needs to show the manger how to act had one argue with me about missing Food why would I drive 10 min back and let my other food get cold. Like really no I am sorry nothing she told me oh I put it in there oh and plus can’t find my receipt
