Ihop - Garland

It does not take more than an hour to go two stacks of pancakes, AFTER already melts them the first order of pancakes. The staff was incredibly rude when we were asked about the time frame, we get our feast to go order. Unfortunately, it will not come back to this place.

No one in the restaurant at 4:00. 40 minutes for dinner. The waitress said it was just a cook. I asked where manager and she was in the office. I said she should tell him to help the cook. She said I don't think he does. I'm a former head of field for IHOP in South Texas This is not politics. Food: 2/5

In total, however, the service was mediocre. My server forgot to bring the strawberry syrup I requested to ask another server, otherwise my food would have become cold. The food was good. Food: 5/5

The waiters at IHop are very nice and respectful. The waiter with the blue shirt is a very respectful waiter, he will treat the customers properly. And the waiter named Kim is a very sweet waiter and she will treat all customers well. This IHop is the best. Food: 5/5

On 12/18/2022 Sunday, my fiancee and I decided to go to this IHOP for a bite to eat we get there of course their business so we didn't mind waiting. What made us upset and uncomfortable was the hostess (Mexican) lady they had that morning greeted everyone else and took their name for a table and we were there before any of them. I'm not a racist and I don't like racist ppl. It was wrong and I feel we were treated unfairly. The world will be a so much better place if certain people really realize that we're all the same ppl just different colors. I could've made it out a big deal and talk to management but they probably wasn't going to do anything about the situation like always but I will contact the corporate office.
