Dunkin' - Garland

The coffee selection is always excellent and very delicious, and they also offer some fantastic non-coffee beverages. The food is outstanding as well. Overall, I would rate the food a perfect 5 out of 5!

I visited the restaurant at 4:30 a.m. and noticed a significant line ahead of me, which probably overwhelmed the staff a bit. Unfortunately, the two hot lattes I ordered arrived lukewarm. I'm not sure how they ended up that way since they had just been made and it wasn’t cold outside. I remained polite about it and ended up warming them in my microwave. I hope this isn't the standard experience, as I was quite disappointed.

Finding a place in Texas that serves a hot cup of tea is quite rare. Dunkin has always been and will always be my favorite donut shop. Food rating: 4/5.

That's the second time I've been in this Dunkin' in a few years. Donuts was, and before this visit... And I always mean fresh, soft donuts were given. Jelly Donuts, chocolate frosted donuts, cake donuts and glazed donuts. I have clicked over this special Dunkin' Donuts location many people as the best location from four or five different locations in Irving, Arlington, Hurst, Bedford and Preston Street. I don't know what happened to the Donuts today, but I wasn't happy with the Donuts that were given to me. They were definitely old and not fresh, and I'm disappointed. I will come back and update this post after my next visit

Highly recommend customer service awesome. I was having trouble with the app in the barista helped me to download to get my free drink. Just know she went over in beyond to help me we tried several times. She took out her time didn’t have to and I end up purchasing a sandwich in donut as well to go along with my free coffee drink. The location is clean in nice.
