Cheesesteak House - Garland

Upon entering the restaurant, I was warmly greeted and given plenty of time to peruse the menu at my own pace. The gentleman who took my order was very pleasant, though I can’t recall his name. He inquired how I discovered this establishment, and I mentioned Google. I decided to order the peppered cheesesteak, opting out of onions and green peppers, but included banana and jalapeño peppers. It was a solid 10/10—highly recommend! I chose the combo, which came to $12.00 after tax (rounded up). The fries were both seasoned and fresh, and the pepper steak was absolutely delicious. They even provided me with four different sauces; I tried all of them except for the red one, which I can't quite remember the name of. I will definitely be returning! If you're in the Garland area and craving a cheesesteak, you should definitely stop by this place. I was thoroughly satisfied! The cashier predicted I’d be back, and he was right. I wish I had taken a picture of my meal, but I couldn't help but dive right in. Lol.

There's nothing better than stepping into a restaurant that makes you feel like family right away. That was my first impression upon entering. The staff genuinely seemed happy to see me and eager for my business, all while attending to another customer! It was such a warm welcome that I chose to dine in rather than get takeout. They don’t rush you to place your order and take the time to explain the menu, which I really appreciated. I ordered the large cheesy cheesesteak, and it was fantastic. I added a bit of their homemade Mayotle sauce, which provided the perfect touch of heat and smokiness. I will definitely be returning! The only downside is that I’ve been in the area for five years and only just discovered this gem!

However, I originally rated this place 5 stars, but I have to change that. I went back today and found tomatoes in my meal that I never ordered. To make matters worse, I discovered a tiny hair in my food. With a tip of over $25, I would have expected them to handle such issues better, but they didn’t. I’m really disappointed and disgusted, and I won’t be returning. You live and you learn, and thankfully, I didn’t eat what was served.

Angel took my order and he was so kind and patient. He explained the menu to me as it being my first time there. They gave 3 sauces at no extra charge. I got the peppered Philly cheesesteak. It WAS AMAZING!!! I'll definitely be back to try other things.

I’ve been here a couple of times but it’s been a while. Good thing we decided to stopped and eat here. The guy was very friendly and definitely made sure we were satisfied and relaxed eating there. Food was amazing and so fresh (the bread was a 10/10) !! so many sauces ! it was a meal from heaven lol
