Taco Bell - Gardnerville

I have been coming to this restaurant for three years now and I will never waste my money on this franchise again. My husband ordered a Burrito Supreme and a Supreme Taco, both with extra sour cream and extra cheese. It's disappointing that we have to ask for extra toppings every time. Not only did our order come out wrong, with no sour cream and very little cheese, but the burrito was inedible. I didn't even bother trying the taco as it was made with the wrong tortilla. This was the fifth time I have eaten here and every time the food has been subpar. It honestly tasted like someone had tampered with my burrito. Taco Bell is the worst, all the time.

Chris is the man! Ask for a smile from him - he is a great guy who works hard and always makes our order perfect. He really puts in the effort and does amazing work, especially keeping the late-night grub on point with minimal staff. I would give him six stars for his hard work if I could. Trust me, ask for a smile from Chris and give him a chance - you won't regret it. They serve more than just tacos on Tuesdays.

They recommended that we use the self-service kiosk, which was a first for me. I was the only customer in line and it took about 15 minutes to receive my food. I noticed that the manager seemed to be taking the food temperature by inserting a probe into the food containers without wiping it before moving on to the next one. Another customer ordered after me and the sign clearly stated that exact change was required, but the cashier did not adhere to this and had to give back extra change. The quality of the food was subpar.

I thought it was better for them? big NO!....whom to bring back a Mexican pizza? Maybe this place should try something else? this place is gust so sad! they can not complete a taco, never get a job right, no taco sauce to get home? sad, sad, sad....I have called corporate that they don't seem to care? Maybe carson city, professions that know what they are doing?

They had the open sign on and working but the doors were closed. It was snowing and I stood in time at their drive thru, I had 2 cars ahead of me. When I finally got to the window I knocked a bunch of time but I was ignored. After 30 seconds or so someone open the window and told me that they don't except walk ins. This locations has the worst management and by far the worst people skills of any restaurant. Don't go here you will e disappointed
