The vegetables are cooked perfectly, maintaining just the right amount of crunch and freshness. Plus, all the dishes are fully customizable, offering options like skinless chicken and extra sauces.
I can't stop visiting Yoshinoya for their beef bowls. They've recently added BBQ pork to the menu, and it's just as tasty. Be sure to try the clam chowder—it's absolutely essential!
I just moved back to Los Angeles after being away since 1992, and I’m glad to see that this place is still around—though it has a new name: Yoshinoya Kitchen instead of Beef Bowl. The food is just as delicious as I remember, and the staff at the counter are great. My first visit to this location dates back to at least 1978, when I worked at the Gemco Membership store that used to be where the Target is now, just a couple of blocks to the west.
I've been frequenting this particular Yoshinoya for as long as I can recall. Although I've had a few order mix-ups over the years, it hasn't diminished my enjoyment of the food. I keep returning! The service is consistently friendly, and the wait times are reasonably short (though perhaps I find ways to keep myself entertained). I always leave wishing I could have more. The staff really puts in a great effort, even offering extra packets of soy sauce and chili flakes.
