Okay, first, eating is amazing. the reason why I don't have 5 stars that deserves to eat is because of the location, park situation, and how long it takes to get her eat vs, how long they say it will take. they said, 10 min and 45 min later we waited for the curtains. The papusa are great here! we tried every one of them and loved them. my favorite was the cheese and spinat. service is great, but they tend to be very busy to time and make some mistakes. we went in the last hour of the conclusion for the takeout and it was busy so that she ended to forget our drinks.

But this last time was just ridiculous, after they missed an item on the order we wanted but they didn't get, there was confusion on whether we paid for the item or not and during the confusion the lady who took our order and the cashier in her spot gave my dad looks as if they couldn't be bothered while the manager stood idly by just listening to him. What was also confusing is they dont have prices listed so on there food and just for a chicharron pupusas is $3.75 per 1. Food is good but their service is horrendous 3 times is more than enough to stop giving them my money
