I don 't know who she is, but she 's got tan skin and dark hair, but every time she answers the phone it 's like no one taught her literally any phone etiquette. She 's rude and obviously is related to owners because if I or really anyone else answered phones and spoke the way this woman does they 'd get fired.I 'll teach you how to say easy words like, Hello and this one is tough because it 's a full blown sentence, but, Hi, this is socal how can I help you? I 'm assuming that 's too many words for Gen Z though as they apparently have access to all the information in the world, but can 't learn how to communicate better than a seven year old.Also your burgers taste like burnt plastic.

How was a nice atmosphere? I like the fact you can watch the cooks make your food fresh smoothies all the time I love this place.

I just have to say, I love this place! The food is always fresh and the staff is extremely nice! Always a great experience.

Bummer to have to ask each cook to wear/change their gloves while handling our food order prep. Each had touched either their face, phones or tip money without having and/or changing their gloves. Had to ask them to remake our food with gloves on. Not impressed for an open view kitchen.
