Kfc - Garden City

This was the worst experience ever! I will never go back to this place. My partner and I were polite and trying to place our order, but the employee was pushy and rushed us. He kept interrupting us in the middle of our order and leaving to do something else. When we tried to clarify our order, he yelled at us and said he would make our lemonade before we even finished ordering! It was a rude experience and I hope this place shuts down. This is the closest KFC to our house, but we will never go back. So disrespectful!

I ordered 2 popular dishes and they were only half full, with tough chicken pieces in the bowl. The area manager, Paul, appeared short-tempered and unprofessional when I complained, and rudely offered to speak to the chef before rushing off the phone. I don't usually eat fast food, but I definitely won't be coming back to this place. I have worked as a general manager in a restaurant for 12 years, and I can say that this establishment lacks friendly management. I hope it shuts down soon.

I do not recommend ordering the two star crispy chicken with horseradish at this restaurant. They were old and rubbery, making me feel sick. I have never had a bad experience like this at KFC or any other restaurant.

Who doesn't like chicken pot cake and biscuit from here they are great clean charging great service
