Sonic Drive-in

Service here is second to none! I order popcorn chicken and a burger, the food came out extremely fast and fresh. Rose and Hala were very friendly while dishing out everyones order in a timely fashion. Definitely worth going to this sonic before others!

The manager named Faris was so rude. I asked him what the “turtle blast” drink was and he rudely responded not answering my question. The whole time I was ordering he kept glaring at me and my sister in a really rude way which we felt uncomfortable to. After are two milkshakes arrived they looked half of what the cup actually was. I have been to many sonic and they were usually all so nice, I don’t know what’s wrong with this one. I really believe that if they want to improve the quality of this fast food restaurant they need to fire Faris, there are many reviews about him and how rude and disrespectful he is. Edit: you will now find after so many reviews regarding faris and his rude manners that many bots or people he may know personally are all voting 5 starts specifically mentioning faris name. This was done a week after my review because they don’t want to make faris look bad. Each positive comment after mine all mentioned how faris is a great assistant manager, when in reality, all the one star comments would say otherwise.

I recently visited Sonic At Stone and had an amazing experience! The assistant manager Fares was the guy who took my order and he was so nice and helpful. The burgers were juicy, the fries were perfectly crispy, and the milkshakes were thick and creamy. The place was clean and well maintained, and the staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, I highly recommend Sonic for a quick, tasty meal. I will definitely be coming back!

The assistant manager Faris is one of the most kind and helpful people I’ve met any time a customer needs help he will always make sure prioritize them. I’ve seen some negative reviews on him but I don’t believe any of these to be true he will always go out of his way to help anyone in the line with any issue/problem they might possibly have.
