Mcdonald's - Galveston

It was late, and after driving around town delivering sleeping bags to people experiencing homelessness, I was in need of a meal. The night crew at this McDonald's was incredibly friendly, and they prepared my order perfectly and fresh! A huge thank you to the team in Galveston, Texas!

Fast fresh food. We dined inside. The tables and floor were clean but the drink area was not. The staff was not friendly but was not rude either. The hand air dryer did not work in the women's restroom bit there was soap and the restroom was clean. The drinks are NOT $1.00 there for any size soda or tea as many McDonald's locations are but the food prices were lower than my local McDonald's prices at this location.

I understand that there are a lot of new employees on the job market. The 5th star represents a standard. I can 't lower that standard to soggy, half full order of fries .

My quarter pounder was warm( not hot) and dry. Fries were meh.not fresh. My Hi C orange drink was excellent.

The dining room and the restroom was much cleaner and the service was excellent when Catherine worked there. She took the time to remember everyone's name plus she genuinely cared about getting to know the customers remembered what y'all had talked about. But the other employees now couldn't care less. It's just some job to them
