Papa Johns Pizza - Gaithersburg

Ordered online, art complicated pizza (half and half with different toppings). they nailed it, and it was just as finished as it said it was.

I have ordered numerous occasions from this place. they've been messing up my order. but when it happens, they do it right. So I give them 5 stars because in today's world people are not responsible. but we have a family store that is. we are not perfect in living, but we are responsible and make corrections. it is a victory for all. they win.

Papa johns ever! this load has the worst customer service possible! order a pizza and they have messed up my order! I called to know her and the young girl was hanging on me. I called back and got automated machine bc they were closed. the girl had all my information so that she could recall clearly. the next day I called 11 times to reach a manager, another young girl answered and always put me in the handle and then would hang on me, with one of these times the girl laughs at me. 3 of these phone calls I was in hand for over 15 minutes without anyone ever clicking on me. I only have a 1star rating because there was no option for a 0. Do not order from here, the girls are unprofessional and think everything is a sweat and the pizza tastes terrible!

Why does my pizza has no cheese and I never ordered thin dough but it was paper thin… i don’t understand.

Pizza is always good. Service is typically dependent on the person handing over. Except for 1-2 times it’s been pretty good. Food is always warm. Papa Johns generally is more expensive than dominos so for bigger parties I tend to go with dominos.
