Contribuiți la feedbackAlways phenomenal food, service and wine. Michael is the absolute best to order the pickup is such a simple and pleasant experience, food is just as pleasant. The whole team ensures a beautiful environment and mood. Separated from the standard menu that is solid, not to mention the seasonal rotations that are always delicious; do I recommend dinner at a pasta tasting??????????????? I often dream of old ricotta? can't describe how much I enjoy Inferno. In short, your life is not fully realized without experiencing Inferno.
EXCELLENT! The place has a small and cozy feeling and the food is great! We had the figs Burrata that was delicious. For the pizza we tried the lamb I could eat forever, and the Margharita pizza, which was also excellent and a great example of how to taste a pizza. The crust was so good I wish we had a bath to finish it. Very recommended for those who appreciate good pizza.
I had what can only be described as a spiritual experience the first time I had this pizza. It's simply the best pizza I've ever had in my whole life without exaggeration. We visited 2Amy's and Pizzeria DeMarco and thought this was the top of Neapolitan pizza, but that's better than the two. The crust is light and airy, with the perfect amount of chewing. The sauce is subtle sweet and extremely tasteful. Recommend the Margherita with Calabrian Chilis, the Marinara, and if they ever have their truffle pizza as a special, it is a must. The egg yolk sauce should die. Your vanilla soft serving is the perfect way to finish the meal. Make sure you get there early to secure a place!
Wonderful food, wonderful service. Will definitely come back! Thanks Michael and Chef Tony??? The appetizers were Yay; the beetles and olives were excellent; I heard amazing things about the artichokes. All desserts were very happy, had four of them. Great beers. Pizzas were of course very nice. If a garlic or olive oil sauce or something to dive the remaining crust into it would have been perfect as the pizza crust is really good. Menu updates frequently; online reflected. *_Really_* estimates that high-quality ingredients are selected; consciously imported and bought fresh from local farmers markets. Care makes the difference. It is best to reach as early as possible for seating and dough availability. They give good clear estimates when you call (fyi them phone calls from 2 hours before they open) or ask at the door.
We were in Italy in April this year and was so impressed with food there. Back to the DMV region, everything goes back to normal again it is so hard to find good pizza here until we found Inferno. If Dante came and tried Inferno, he may rewrite his comedy. But why it took me 7 years to try to search for good pizza? Because if I hadn?t went to Italy and realized the true flavor of pizza, it will never be my choice of food. The most important part of course is the dough itself, plus the Italian way of using the best ingredients. You see the wood fired oven and smell that your food is coming. When, after a long wait, the pie is finally on the table, you pick up one slice, let the piece with just the right texture melts in you mouth. The whole experience cannot be easily described. Both appetizers we ordered are excellent too.
