The Gelato Company And Eatery

Owner has a wonderful personality. they offer a wide range of different from the normal options. everything is made too home and he really loves what he does. the gelato was amazing and her tomaten bisque suppe had to be the best we cost in florida. highly recommended.

The sandwich I got here was spectacular. it was a grilled ham cheese, but cannot remember the special ham name. the service type was great, very helpful nice. in any case a great place to visit!

The gelato company is not only gelato. this was my first visit to the company the gelato and eatery. the atmosphere is incredible, I feel like I'm in seattle or portland, they played jazz tunes from frank sinatra and the rat pack. the service and the staff were incredible and have made great recommendations. vegetariano panini was incredible, super hearty and delicious! wow I am not a vegetarian and I am confident that I will order the vegetariano every time I visit . coffee was excellent! I had a cappuccino and the owner offered me a shot espresso as nice gestures. I would highly recommend the gelato company. what a jewel with charm! prices are reasonable and I feel very good after my meal and my coffee.

Excellent paninis and gelato as well as an extremely pleasant and welcoming environment. for the cool days they stop and get them a hot chocolate, made house and amazing. if they're lucky, it can be someone on the piano.

This review is rating the Gelato only and the restaurant facility not the rest of the menu. My daughter and I went here on a very hot day temperature was around 100. First this is a in a nice old building. They had about six gelatos to choose from. I had the Lemon Honey and it was delicious my daughter thought hers was great too. Their menu board is gorgeous it is written in many colors of chalk and the lettering is very artistic and attractive. Not a real lot of seating but was not crowded when we were there. The lady that was working was very nice. Would like to have lunch there someday they offer a variety of sandwiches. But we are only in Gainesville twice a year. Downtown and you have to park on the street or in a deck. Street parking is free if you can find a place.
