The Cheesecake Factory - Gainesville

We always love it here. Ever since they opened this location, everyone has been extremely accommodating. Today we brought a group of 14 AT&T leaders. They were prompt and worked with us to get us seated. Experience was great.

One of the best waiters we have had in a while, his name was Ryan, ask for him and you won't be disappointed. He was very attentive. Never let the drinks get less than half full. The cheesecake was a meal in its own. The kids devoured the corn dogs which was surprising because they usually always get chicken tenders (they were out) so they must have really enjoyed them. Only down side was the bathroom. The trash can was overflowing and they were out of toilet paper.

Felt welcome upon entering this location, friendly and inviting greeting and atmosphere, immediate service and seating, quick order request and delivery, food presentable, tasty, and satisfying, clean environment, masked-up employees, would recommend to others and consider visiting this location again when visiting this area. Overall great experience.

I'm starting with the service first because our waiter Hector C.was phenomenal! If you want service to match the food, you know what to do, ASK FOR HIM! He is very knowledgeable with all menu options and gives great recommendations! Oh and the food was ok too. GAINESVILLE FL. store p.s. and never met before, he is the real deal!

Service was good but the kitchen was extremely slow in getting our food out and it came out one dish at a time. So weird. The cheeseburger eggrolls we're not good, flavorfully or crispy. Everything else was good: pasta Alfredo with broccoli, lemon chicken Picatta, and the wonderful chicken lettuce wraps.all delicious ????
