Starbucks - Gainesville

This Starbucks is quite good, especially since it’s conveniently located on my way to campus. The staff is pleasant, and they always make my hot chocolate perfectly.

I asked an employee named Will at the drive-thru for some coffee recommendations, as I'm not really a coffee expert. I often find that the coffee I buy ends up being too sweet or too bitter for my liking. Will was incredibly kind and helpful, and the drink he suggested was fantastic! I’ve definitely found my new go-to. Thank you!

The Starbucks located in Shands Hospital is quite disappointing. The new manager is rude, not just to the staff but to customers as well. Often, my drink orders are made incorrectly. I’ve ordered a strawberry drink twice, and both times it contained rotten strawberries! On the second occasion, I even found a large brown glob in my cup. When I brought it back to their attention, they dismissed it as merely the puree and became defensive when I requested a remake. I used to enjoy this Starbucks, but I will not be going back anymore.
