Starbucks - Gainesville

All of the workers were nice except the cashier named Maddison we payed for are food and order it she read it back to us and it was correct but the drinks took 30 min to come out but we told them we we’re waiting on food still which was a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich she was very rude when we went to look to see if the food was are order and she very rudely that that’s someone’s food and very rudely told me that I had to pay for the food again. I’m not happy with my experience here

I really am trying to avoid the Green Siren people and their overroasted coffee but there just wasn't another coffee shop open at 6:30 this morning and I needed to get some internet done. Even this early, it's too hot to work from the van!So here I am and darn it if these weren't friendly baristas in a clean coffee shop that was super busy and yet, it all just hummed along. A stop into the restroom and it was stocked and clean.I hate to say it, but my coffee was good. I have found the Iced Shaken Espresso hold the syrup has so much milk in it and so much ice that you can't even taste the burned coffee.Vegetarian options: They have non dairy milks and vegetarian sandwiches/pastriesKid-friendliness: Yes, let's get your kid hooked on burned coffee!Parking: I had no trouble parking the Sprinter van here.Wheelchair accessibility: Step free access.Dietary restrictions: They have all the mainstream alternative milks.

I live 2 minutes away from this location which means I visit often, recently I been having late night cravings. I started noticing that around 7:30-8 they are “magically” out of majority ingredient that require mixing or coffee except refresher drinks. Today they couldn’t make cookie crumble, Java chip frappe, or white mocha. I’m gonna start going around this time more often and log everyday what they say they’re out of. The Starbucks next to chili’s never has this problem.

We waited a while to get our order which is okay I guess but it’s sad that they charged us full price for this. We didn’t notice until we left but my husband only had like 4 sips. Date 7/15/23 around 6:30 pm.The ice was above the third line.

This is the best Starbucks. The people who work here go out of their way to ensure good coffee and kindness. Huge shout out to Anne Marie today for going above and beyond in assisting my grandmother with a mobile order mix up. Thank you to Rhys as well. You guys are the best.
