One suggestion I have is for them to consider offering plastic straws for smoothies. While they provide both paper and plastic straws for teas, smoothies only come with a paper straw, which tends to get soggy by the time I get home. Also, it would be nice to have the option to pay less for just one smoothie, as their current pricing structure involves choosing a tea and an optional tea bomb for an extra charge. That said, the teas are also very good, so I can’t complain too much!
