Normally, I love going to Chick-fil-A. This was my first visit to this location, and the experience was surprisingly disheartening. It was a busy Friday night, and maybe the several employees in the dining room socializing with each other andfriends who came in were on break or off the clock. The young lady who took my order didn't offer the usual courteous words. The trash cans were overflowing. No one was actually working the dining room. After eating, while watching all this go onaround me, I left somewhat bewildered that any Chick-fil-A would be in this condition. It was far from the usual. I won't goback to this location.
It was a nice process. Line was long but that was the time of day (7:26 pm). I was able to order my food, come to drive thru window and get my order. Will be back. Dinner was great.
Another restaurant that was once outstanding and now can?t seem to get their act together ? I work locally and ordered via the app. I head inside and wait 38 minutes for someone to call my name and hand me my order. Everyone is polite, smiling andscurrying around trying to figure what?s going on. Where?s my meal? The Door Dash shelf. Folks I stood by the window staring atthe counter for 38 minutes with several of the best dressed and most personable Door Dash people you will ever meet. Sacks ofchicken flying out if this store like a poultry factory. My sandwich was warm and my iced coffee melted ? I give up guys? I giveup. This place is a zoo. At lunch time the lines here are ridiculous? You cannot get into the parking lot. You cannot get outof the parking lot. It takes forever to get your food and the quality of both the food and service has deteriorated. Skip thisplace unless you have an hour and a half for lunch or you don?t have to clock in and out.
In all of the years that I have eaten at Chick-fil-A I have never felt the need to check my order because it has only been wrong once several years ago before the Pandemic at the Dawsonville Highway location it was a dine in the manager comped our orderfor the inconvenience so I was of the belief that their customer Service was the best of all the others. 1 we are a very largefamily that absolutely loves the food at Chick-fil-A. On this particular day in question at this location at approximately 2pmthere were relatively long lines with no outside order takers. The wait is a small price to pay for great food. Many places areshort staffed. Its understandable. We were patient ordered about $88 of food. We arrived home anxiously awaiting to eattogether as a family only to find that our order was short all of our fries which were 4 medium orders of fries and 3 originalsandwiches. So the majority of the family started eating while I and 1 of my daughters returned for the rest of our food. Wewent through the Drive Through yet again with no outside order takers. We sat in that line for 25 minutes. I explained ourdilemma through the speaker. I light heartedly mentioned that it would be nice if they comped a couple of brownies. The ordertaker said ok. We go to the Window receive what our original order lacked. We checked our bag this time. Everything was thereexcept the brownies. I asked about them the lady said I don't know anything about that. I contemplated asking to speak to amanager but decided against it because there were so many other people behind me in line who had been patiently waiting also. SoI just drove away completely dissatisfied with this experience. I'm also going to mention that the person who fielded mycomplaint at the Drive Through speaker Did not apologize NOR did the person who gave us our missing items at the window. Iprovided them with our receipt also. The Food was great but you guys get an F for Failing in the Customer S
