Zen Ramen And Sushi Burrito

My son and I have eaten at this location for the past 6 years. In the last year, the customer service has DRASTICALLY gone down. My family went there this past weekend and attempted to order what I’ve ordered my son for the last 6 years and was told they cannot make my son’s burrito leaving one (filling) ingredient out. The waitress was super rude, as she has been every time we’ve gotten her. We paid for the drinks we had ordered and left. Conveniently there is a new sushi burrito place (Roll on In) located right around the block. We went there and the customer service was top notch along with delicious, fresh food! We will definitely be getting our sushi burritos from Roll on In from now on! Zen has lost a long time customer.Kid-friendliness: This location is NOT kid friendly. Staff are not willing to make small changes to an order so that it’s more kid friendly. (Leaving an ingredient out of a burrito which is supposed to be freshly made to order.)Dietary restrictions: This location will not take any consideration for your dietary restrictions. If you need small changes to ingredients in your food, it will not be accommodated.

I get this place every time I visit Gainesville! The sushi burritos are out of this world! The pop rock shrimp appetizer is super delicious as well! The fried outside is nice and crunchy and is only a match to the delicious flavoring it has! The only problem is all the food is so good it is hard to choose because I want it all!!

Food was delicious. Fair prices and a lot comes with it. Service was a bit slow but we came in 45 minutes before close so that could be it. Will definitely go back!

I wish I could remember my server’s name but she was a wonderful host and server! Always checking up on us to see if we needed anything. The portions are huge!!
