Arby's - Gainesville

Food wasn't fit to eat one bite of the #6chicken meal was nasty I tried eating the curly fries but they were hard like they been sitting for sometime. The only thing I had was a sprite that was able to drink. I spent $11.28 for this meal and it wasn't any good. I went through drive thru so I can't say anything about the service. No comment on Ambiance. I want be back for another nasty meal.

They completely messed up my order and most of everything was missing

We received the correct food. But the service and quality was lacking.

This is a popular Arby's around lunch time, as the drive-thru line is usually wrapped around the building. I went inside and ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and the classic beef and cheddar. They were prepared quickly, came out hot and fresh, and had plenty of sauce. The restaurant was clean on the inside and the staff were pleasant. Not a bad Arby's overall to stop at for lunch, dinner, or a quick snack.

The person taking our order was incredibly rude. My father, who is older, had some difficulty pronouncing things correctly on August 8th, 2023. The person on the speaker corrected him in an unkind tone, which made the experience very unpleasant. If someone is that angry, they really shouldn’t be working in customer service. It’s better to be poor and unhappy than to treat customers this way.
