Guys, make sure that you get the app and use the rewards. I think I had a double beef and cheddar and a medium fry and got it for a $1....$1.10 after tax. Use the rewards definitely use the rewards there

Went through the drive thru ordered Turkey sandwich and Fish with no cheeseGot home and I had cheese on my fish sandwich and something with onions and barbecue sauce. It sure wasn’t Turkey, lettuce and tomato so always check your order before you leave. I know better than to trust the folks in the drive thru but I didn’t check my order this time so it’s on me. This is the second time in less than 6 months. I won’t go back for a third time. Go right up the road to Gardendale for perfect service

I gave the girl the order at the drive thru. Got to the window to have the manager tell me that's not what I ordered. I repeated it twice when I ordered it and whomever was on the speaker repeated it back to me. The woman at the window called me a liar. The young lady at the window seemed to be blown away by the older woman who was just plain hateful. I told her no problem I'll be glad to pay more for the right food and she continued to throw insults and talk down to me and my crew in the truck.If one of my crew talked this way to a customer they would be gone even if they were s crew lead or manager.What was s regular stop for us on our way home each evening is no longer on our list.
