The waitress was overwhelmed and needed more assistance as she was the sole server for the entire restaurant. Despite the lack of help, the food and atmosphere were satisfactory. The burgers were overly cooked and resembled hockey pucks. The fries seemed to be frozen and microwaved. Despite attempting to cook our burgers, it took 25 minutes before we gave up and cancelled our salad order. The authenticity of the positive reviews is questionable, as our experience at this establishment was unpleasant. Overall, the food quality is rated a 1, service a 3, and atmosphere a 2.
