The pizzas arrived an hour and a half late, which of course was good enough as the weather was bad. When the food finally arrived, a completely different pizza than what was ordered was delivered, and the pizzas were cold. Called back to try to sort this out and was met with very little understanding as they said there was nothing they could do about it. Little impressed. Takes longer than waiting for the train to get food you have ordered several hours in advance. Fair enough, there are offers that bring many people in the door, but would rather order at the normal price from others than support factory food. After all, we were full and the cardboard box was not as soaked in grease this time as a few years ago when you tried this for the very first time, so it was a positive thing to not have to clean the car after collecting the food. Right before you got a parking ticket, too, as there is a lot of space and you have to stand for 45-60 minutes and wait for food that should have been ready by a certain time. Large selection but poor quality. Have bought quite a few pizzas here since they opened but the quality drops every time I shop here. If you buy a offer pizza such as pizza of the week or 2 for 1 etc., you just get cheese and top it up. Sorry to say, but I have bought my last pizza here and do not recommend Domino Pizza Fredrikstad.
