Vault 29 - Fredericton

Been in on more than one occasion. Never any problem to get a table!!! Where are all the guests?Service and food very inconsistent I believe is the reason Venue is very nice BUT it takes more than thatManagement doesn't seem to have it to gether

We had the lunch special which was a choice of a Main and choice of a salad and the meal was original and very tasty. Staff was friendly, courteous and we sat in in the front patio which was a nice introduction to Fredericton for visitors from Ontario.I would eat here again.

We had dinner tonight at Vault 29 and enjoyed it. We have been there in the past but had not been on their back patio before and found it to be quiet and comfortable. There were only 2 other couples there when we arrived but it filled up over the evening. They have good choices on the food and drink menu. Our waiter Lyndon. was very helpful and we ordered the nachos and beer. The nachos were very good and the portions are quite generous. Well worth a visit.

After arriving in Fredericton on a Sunday we soon realized there wasn't very many establishments open for business. We stumbled into this place weary of the exterior but were surprised at how nice it was inside with an impressive huge chandelier hanging from the middle of the high ceiling and an even better back patio. The food, drinks and service was great - applause to our waiter, Calvin, who put up with us for a couple of hours as we had no where else to go in the town and needed to recuperate from our long drive in from Quebec.

Served by a very friendly waitress although service was a bit slow considering the place was nearly devoid of customers. Regardless we sat patiently - and watched a single guy leave for lack of action. Perhaps the staff were not up to full service that day. Beer was great (very comprehensive selections) but food was mediocre at best. Nice to be able to sit in or outside but still not the most pleasant ambiance. Won't bother going back.
