Mcdonald? terrible management, absolutely disrespectful! this manager called me, the app has messed up my order, and instead of the manager reasonable and understanding, she said?am what they want me to do!? we don't control the app, we? just buy orders!? terrible!

Very fast service. long line when passing was deleted in no time.

They are the best McDonald?s in fredericksburg! lisa is so friendly and fast to fix problems that arise. I've been using this restaurant for 12 years. 1 output, and it has been fixed within 24 hours. well done! to eat soon.

I had my big truck that dragged a car and couldn't fit into the drive it was late, I was really hungry had a long trip, I just wanted a vanilla ice cream coffee and a big mac. So I made the line to foot. park my truck so they could see why I did. manager in layer marcia come to see us. She was okay with it, and she told us to leave. that she had to take the car behind us. I told her I made the line and I pay for my own food. just like they do. then she closes the window and said for her safety that I had to leave. I just wanted a vanilla coffee. really bad customer service. it wasn't busy at all. we had only one car behind us. once again really bad customer service. a manager success is to serve the customer and make customers happy. for the return of the customer. for manager who are not willing to give it the best. is better for her to stay home. thanks. att. a hungry customer

They were quick! I don't have a lot of time to get lunch, and I didn't have to wait long for service, even in the drive through.
