Contribuiți la feedbackI visited the drive-thru around 10 a.m. and it was not busy, so there was no wait. I ordered a breakfast combo biscuit sandwich, but was told there were no biscuits available at the moment. I then ordered a croissant meal with bacon, cheese, and egg. I did not upgrade to a larger meal and was not asked if I wanted to. However, when I received my order, I was given an upgraded sausage sandwich instead of bacon, which I had to pay extra for. When I received my large coffee at the window, I was not asked if I wanted cream or sugar. I lifted the lid to check, and the coffee spilled everywhere because the cup was filled to the brim. I used napkins to clean up the mess while waiting at the window for my meal. When I received my meal and checked the receipt, I realized I had been upgraded without my consent. Despite these issues, I didn't make a fuss. I requested cream and sugar, and was handed a large handful of both which I had to sort through. I also had to ask for ketchup as it was missing from my order. The food was okay, but it's important to be very specific with your order and watch out for yourself, as they may not provide the best service.
Our food is always good, but the drive through here is always slow. There have been multiple times we sat in the drive through 10-15 mins or longer. I've never gotten the cream or sugar I requested with my coffee any time I've ordered it here. WeContinue to give our business because it's close to home and they are consistent in making our food correctly. They finally fixed their speaker in the drive through, for a while that was wacky.
We went to dine at the restaurant, but it took too long for our food to arrive. We even joked that the drive-thru would have been faster. It seemed like they were prioritizing customers using the drive-thru over us.
The drive-thru service at this restaurant was slow, with 25-minute wait time for just 4 cars. Three cars behind me ended up leaving due to the long wait. The staff working the drive-thru seemed disinterested and annoyed when I asked about the cheaper order they had taken. Despite clearly stating my order three times, I received an incomplete order. I also questioned the correctness of the charges but was denied a receipt when I requested one, with the employee shutting the window on me. In my experience, customer service has always been a top priority in any job I've had, and unfortunately, this restaurant seemed to lack in this regard.
This place is something elce. Rude non-helpful employees. They cant even install the menu right for drive through(angled away from driver in to the sun). Really how hard is it to make burgers. Dont go here sheetz is better next door and you get what youorder. For better price too.
