Cross Mountain Vineyards

Was never treated so rude at an establishment. My husband and I came to Cross Mountain while in Fredericksburg for a glass of wine. We were there on a Friday night, but it wasn't crazy busy. We walked up to the bar to order and waited 10 minutes. Weunderstood the staff was busy, and continued to patiently wait. After 20 minutes with the staff continuing to look at us,literally making eye contact, and still choosing not to help us, I was literally embarrassed. There was no reason they weren'tserving us other than they didn't want to. Upset, we decided to leave. Cross Mountain treated us absolutely horrible and I wouldHIGHLY recommend going somewhere else for a glass of wine. Highly disappointed.

Amazing red wines. Great service. If you like reds, you won?t be disappointed with the Vino Del Re selection. Definitely try the Brunello! My wife loved the Prosecco and Serprino. We?ll be back for sure!

Really enjoyed this place. Welcomed in with open arms. And felt like family. The wine history here is 4 generations and a great story of wonderful American history the way it is supposed to be. Wine was great and we enjoyed our stay and those that servedus. Thanks Royal

We were greeted by Royal when we first walked in. He was very helpful with recommending different selections for our family. The variety of choices here was very nice. Royal was helping several people at once, but was still making sure we were taken careof. We walked out with eight bottles of wine and signed up for their wine club. We will be coming back every time we come to thearea.

We stopped in yesterday and were very impressed with the cabernet- it is fantastic. Came back today for more, and brought a bottle home. Kevin was friendly, helpful and fun to talk to. Great place and great wine
