Last night (Wednesday, August 31), I visited Subway, and if I could give zero stars, I definitely would! It was the worst Subway experience ever! There were three of us, and we all wanted to try one of the new subs they’ve been advertising on TV. We had been at Walmart just 20 minutes before heading to Subway. When I asked...

"If they're looking to hire new staff for the front register, they should ensure that the employees can speak English and understand the customers' orders. It's becoming frustrating for customers when there's a lack of communication, and it's essential to address this issue. I believe it's important for the staff to truly listen and comprehend what the customers are asking for. Clear communication can greatly enhance the dining experience."

I truly felt let down, as this place has potential if the staff put in a bit more effort and showed that they care. Mistakes can happen, but serving undercooked bread, a sandwich that isn’t cut, and a messed-up drink without any acknowledgment of the errors is quite frustrating. On my last visit, I asked for my sandwich to be served cold; I only wanted the salami and cheese without heating. Instead, the staff member misunderstood and added chipotle sauce, which I didn’t request. However, she was nice enough to remake my sandwich and apologized, wishing me a nice day. That’s how it should be when there’s a mistake – a bit of courtesy goes a long way. Unfortunately, this time, the service felt lacking and impersonal.

Spanish speaking employees know English when they accuse you of not paying for something you did, in fact, pay for. Annoying AF trying to sit down and relax at a table and everyone single person speaks a foreign language. And learn how to refill the soda machines it's not rocket science. Oh, wait, maybe for these people it is.
